These are a really pretty blue (like a slate blue/dusty blue) if you can blow them up (the tiny ones are very difficult to blow up even with an inflation machine) because it is not one single balloon. The color is created by having a black balloon stuffed inside a baby blue baloon so you essentially have to blow up two balloons at once which can be difficult. The result is a beautiful color and a thick sturdy baloon though.These balloons are a gorgeous color but DO NOT WORK WITH HELIUM. They are double lined (1 balloon is inside the main balloon) to add a non sheer look which is pretty but they are very sturdy and very difficult to blow up without the use of the machine that is dedicated for balloon inflation. They are too heavy for helium use.I would not describe these balloons as dusty blue.I found the best way to create a true dusty blue was by layering an opaque, deep blue ballon (inner) with a sheer/thin, gray balloon (outer.)This package did not contain any big balloons. All same size which I might have neglected to notice b4 ordering. Very hard to blowup even with a balloon machine.This is a blue balloon with a black balloon inside to create that dusty color. Being that it’s two balloons they were difficult to inflate and tie.Purchased this balloon garland kit when my brother asked for my help in proposing to his girlfriend. It was easy to assemble , loved the colors, would recommend. Used a hand pump to inflate all the balloons and it was quick.They didnt come with anything to give them that hanging drape look, we had to use fishing line. The balloons were very pretty though, not too sheer, not super easy to blow up but with an air compressor it was fast.Ordered the dusty blue kit but it came with only one shade of blue and a sea foam green color…. Even blown up this will not be a shade of blue I was expecting….The nudes were pretty (most especially the coffee brown) but the “light blue” is so blue that it just doesn’t fit with this and is going to end up not being used which means we have less balloons that are actually useful than we need. The gold is also a bit off but is workable. The smaller balloons are not double stuffed as stated so the colours are not the same as the bigger ones. Like one of the smaller beiges is what you have when you take the inner balloon out of the double stuffed big ones.
