The balloon was of good quality and looked as advertised. Very soft latex so easy to stretch and won't puncture easily. I actually put another balloon inside and inflated both to be used as part of a pacifier ballon for a baby shower. The balloon worked well for the event but the helium escaped by the next day. It's not normally used for helium that's why I still gave it 5 stars.
